Cleaning and Preparation Guide
Thoroughly vacuum all carpet and use a crevice tool along the wall edges and on steps. This would be a good time to install a clean vacuum bag to ensure optimal performance of your vacuum. This is especially important if you have pets that shed. If we will be cleaning your furniture please vacuum off pet hair and any debris under the cushions.
Remove all breakable items such as pictures, vases, lamps and other miscellaneous items from furniture tops which we will be moving.
Please hang full length draperies on coat hangers from the rods.
After Cleaning Guidelines
Keep the temperature in your home no lower than 70.
Turn the on-off/auto-fan switch on your thermostat to the "on" position. If possible, open the windows a bit.
Moisture collection on the windows indicates that the moisture is evaporating into the air. Again, air movement will speed this along.
Your carpet has been protected by the installation of protective tabs or blocks underneath the legs of wooden or metal furniture, please do not remove these blocks until your carpet is completely dry.
If you do not feel our cleaning is the most thorough you have ever seen, call us and we will do whatever we can to satisfy you. If you still are not pleased, we will gladly refund all your money on those areas, & pay another company of your choice to re-clean them.
If any catastrophe happens to your carpet within the first 15 days after we clean it for you, don’t worry, we will come back and touch it up for you at no charge. This is especially good for people who are moving in a new home, and if anything gets spilled or tracked in while moving, we will return and touch things up for you. Plus, if you are selling a home we will transfer this “15 day Warranty” to the person buying your home.
